Instagram has a 150 character limit for your bio so it's important to take advantage of it.

Here's a template:

Line 1- your niche.

• Who do you help?
• Ex: I help millennials buy homes (I've had multiple clients tell me they loved seeing that in my profile and immediately felt like their needs would be understood)

Line 2 - Something unique about you

• Do you speak another language? Have you been living in the neighborhood your whole life?

Line 3- Call to Action

• Use an arrow emoji to point down and do a CTA to encourage people to click the link in your bio.
